Her work draws from her career in Silicon Valley, where she scaled operations for Hotel Tonight (Airbnb), developed the engineering org at Pure Storage, and led the People function at Vida Health. She also helped Kim Scott build and deliver the Radical Candour training.

Alejandro Litovsky is the Founder and CEO of Earth Security, an investment think tank that combines data, design thinking, and a global network of stakeholders to scale business solutions to align investment with planetary boundaries.
As a strategic advisor, convenor and spokesperson, Alejandro has been at the vanguard of the impact and sustainable investment space for over 20 years.
He has received multiple awards including the London School of Economics’ Hobhouse Memorial Prize, the BMW Foundation Global Leaders Award, and was named a UBS Global Visionary by the Swiss bank in 2022 for his work on natural capital and investment.
Alejandro is passionate about unlocking the potential of collaboration at the intersection of public and private organisations, and his work has been used globally to design sustainable investment strategies and partnerships.
JOE TAN - FRACTIONAL CHIEF DESIGN & PRODUCT
Joe's journey commenced at IDEO San Francisco in 1994, where he crafted products for iconic brands, including Nike, HP, and Apple. Subsequent to that, Joe co-founded the innovative design firm, One & Co., (acquired by HTC). Their noteworthy clients included industry leaders such as Burton Snowboards, Nike, and Logitech. Further amplifying his portfolio, Joe played a pivotal role in co-founding the quintessential Californian consumer brand, Incase.
Upon the acquisition of Incase in 2009, Joe launched the boutique design consultancy Moreless with long-time design partner Markus Diebel attracting clients like Soma, Intel and Google. This collaborative prowess led them to join the elite Apple Design team in Cupertino, California in 2015. Working alongside Jony Ive, Joe was entrusted with crafting Apple products across diverse categories and holds over 150 patents.
Today, Joe's primary focus is on developing innovative product ideas while offering design strategy insights to a select group of brands and projects.

Benoit is a trained executive coach by the Co-Active Institute based in San Francisco.

Benoit thrives when the story still needs to be written. That's probably why he joined all his ventures at an early stage, often as one of the first employees working closely with founders. Some had very successful exits, some others less. All feeding into his wisdom, personal growth and leadership.
Initially scaling sales and operations globally, the second part of his 25 years career in consumer technology saw him spearheading Product design, Product marketing and Brand communications for the likes of Tomtom, Jawbone, Catapult Sports and more recently Cowboy bike as their Marketing Officer.
