Squadra is run by Hello Squad Lda, based in Lisbon, Portugal. This policy explains what personal data we collect through squadra.team, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us. The site uses no cookies, no tracking and no ads, and only counts visits anonymously. We never sell your data. And if you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
The data controller is Hello Squad Lda, Lisbon, Portugal. For anything about your data, write to info@squadra.team.
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type in it:
When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. Like any website host, our host briefly keeps technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels or advertising. Our fonts are served from our own site.
We use Plausible Analytics, an EU-based service, to count visits in aggregate: which pages are read, which sites people come from, their country and type of device, and how many contact requests are sent. Plausible uses no cookies, stores no personal data and does not follow you across other websites. Your IP address is only used, together with a daily-changing random value, to tell visits apart, and is never stored. The data is hosted in the EU.
We share your details with a member of the collective only when it is part of what you asked for, for example an introduction to a fractional leader or a coach.
Netlify, Google and Airtable are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to them are protected by safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, take a copy, limit or object to how we use it, or have it deleted. To have everything deleted, email info@squadra.team with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete all the personal data we hold about you within 30 days and confirm when it is done. The only exception is what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for how they handle personal data, so please read their privacy policies.
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and its date first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
